QUALITY COMMITMENT
In Olan Mexico we are committed to dedicate all our ability and efforts to provide quality products that meet the needs and requirements of our customers through continuous implementation and improvement of our quality control. Our Quality Control Department is comprised of 30 highly trained employees. the needs and requirements.
Some of the main tasks of the department are:
- Inspection: To ensure that the raw materials comply with the requirements and applicable regulations.
- Metrology: Ensures that the molds and each of its components fulfill the design specifications.
- Dimensioning plastic products: Ensures that each of the plastic components fulfill the design specifications.
- Plastic products inspection: Ensures functionality of each of our plastic components.
- Assembly inspection: Ensures the manufacture of the products according to customer requirements.
- Certification of finished product: Ensures that the product and packaging meets all the guidelines required by the customer.
